My Story

Why I Do This Work

I created Back 2 Basics because I know what it feels like to search for answers—and not find them. To feel stuck physically, emotionally, or mentally, and try everything you've been told should work, only to still feel off.

Along my own journey, I discovered something powerful: healing is more than symptom relief, and transformation is more than positive thinking. Wholeness happens when the body, mind, emotions, behaviors, beliefs, and identity begin working together—instead of against one another.

That discovery reshaped everything I do. Today, I combine science-informed wellness with transformational coaching so my clients don't just improve their health—they become who they were created to be.

This work is deeply personal. And it's my honor to walk it with you.
